2. General Information on Data Processing

The protection of your personal data is a priority. I process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, BDSG-new, TMG). This declaration informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of processing.

3. Data Collection When Visiting the Website

When accessing this website, technically necessary data is automatically processed by the hosting provider (Cloudflare): IP address, browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, time of access. This data is stored in server log files and is technically required for website operation.

This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).

4. Contact Form

When using the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed exclusively to handle your inquiry. Processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been conclusively processed, unless legal retention obligations prevent this. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing kontakt@wulf-code.it. Your data is NOT used for marketing or advertising purposes and is NOT shared with third parties.

5. Hosting & Data Processing

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place. Details: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

6. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does NOT use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising networks. Only a technically necessary localStorage entry is set to store your language preference (DE/PL/EN). This entry is not a cookie in the technical sense and contains no personal data.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in user-friendly display). The language setting is only stored after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).

To exercise your rights, send an email to kontakt@wulf-code.it. I will respond to your request promptly, at the latest within one month of receipt.

8. Right to Complain to the Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) if you believe that the processing of your data is unlawful. The competent supervisory authority is: Der Niedersächsische Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz (Lower Saxony, Germany).

9. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar begins with "https://" and displays a lock icon.

10. Retention Period

Personal data from the contact form is deleted after your inquiry has been conclusively processed (maximum 6 months after last contact). Server log files are automatically deleted by the hosting provider after 30 days. The language setting in localStorage remains until manually deleted by you.

11. Right to Object

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR). After an objection, I will no longer process your data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds.
